My current project is a custom-built 200cc go-kart featuring a front-mounted engine configuration. To keep costs down and give old parts a second life, I'm reusing several components from my previous Canoe Go-Kart build while making improvements to the overall design and performance.
The project is now entering its final stages, with most of the fabrication and assembly complete. Before calling the build finished, I need to reroute the exhaust system to safely direct fumes away from the driver and eliminate the risk of inhaling exhaust gases. However, before making those final changes, I want to thoroughly test the kart to evaluate its handling, performance, reliability, and overall driving experience.
